Treadmill 15% Incline

Walked at 4.1 - 4.7 mph.
This was a tough workout. Last 10 minutes I was at 4.6 - 4.7 mph.
I was dripping sweat when I finished.

I have stolen this workout from your blog... I hate the mill but this one builds some strength without any wear n tear. Only noticeable on track workouts that follow! Thanks!

Hi Josh, Glad you are enjoying this workout. Just curious do you ever go more than 30 minutes? How many times a week?

I am in the 30 minute range right now. afterall, I copied it from here... i think it was ellie g. who said she pegs the mill at 15% and builds up to an hour in winter months. i am at it 1x a wk. though I don't think 2x would be out of the question if i liked the confines of a gym more. I've also started doing a 45 minute-1 hr. run at 8-9%, working hard but not killing myself-tempo-esque maybe a hair below. that one takes a little more toll probably do more to the extended duration. again thanks for sharing the workout, i enjoy checking in on your blog from time to time.
